Information we collect

• Answers you give in the questionnaire, including fitness goals, activity, age, body measurements, and health related answers.
• Your name and email address if you provide them.
• Purchase and subscription details when you choose a paid plan. Payment details are handled by the checkout provider.
• Device, browser, referral, and usage information, including your IP address and your interactions with the questionnaire and checkout.

Your questionnaire progress and purchase details may also be saved in your browser so you can continue where you left off.

How we use information

We use this information to show your plan, process purchases, provide access to the service, respond to requests, improve the experience, measure advertising, and protect the site.

Who receives information

We use PostHog for product analytics, Meta for advertising measurement, and RevenueCat and its payment processor, Stripe, for subscription checkout and access. These providers receive information needed for their services. Questionnaire answers can be sent to PostHog with a submitted lead; Meta receives advertising events and contact details or identifiers where available, such as your IP address and browser details, but not questionnaire answers. When you buy a plan, those identifiers are stored with your purchase at RevenueCat and Stripe so the purchase can be reported to Meta. We may also share information when required by law or as part of a business transfer.

Cookies and local storage

Our site and providers use cookies and similar browser storage for questionnaire progress, purchase access, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and clear stored site data there.

Retention and your choices

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your information, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email.

Security and children

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online service can guarantee complete security. Fit Coach is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
