Terms of Use
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These terms apply to your use of fitcoach.expert and the Fit Coach fitness plan, operated by Fit Coach Expert. By using the site, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to use the service.
The service
Fit Coach provides fitness information and a personalized plan based on the answers you give. The content is for general information and exercise guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Check with a qualified healthcare professional before starting an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition. Stop exercising if you feel unwell.
Purchases and subscriptions
If you buy a plan, the price, billing period, any introductory offer, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the purchase provider or the instructions in your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless the checkout terms say otherwise. Any refund or money back offer shown at purchase, and any rights you have under applicable law, still apply.
Your use of Fit Coach
Provide accurate information when using the service or making a purchase. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or copy and redistribute its content without permission. The site and its original content belong to Fit Coach or its licensors.
Availability and responsibility
We may change or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep it available and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or particular fitness results. To the extent permitted by law, Fit Coach is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms; the date above will show the latest revision. If you continue using the service after changes take effect, the updated terms apply.
